Marathon

Hello Friends and Family,

I have decided it is time to run the December marathon in Honolulu. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for people in need, in this case those fighting: Leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society hm_lls has given out $600 million in research grants since its found in 1954 that have gone to further advances in the fight in blood cancer. An estimated 139,860 people in the United States will be diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma in 2009 and every ten minutes, someone dies from one of these conditions.

So please help me reach my personal goal of running 26 miles and in so doing help fund research that can save lives by visiting my fundraising website here: dheimpel

Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,

Daniel Heimpel

Morning on Rainier

In this photo you can see me in the fore and Max Breecker in the background. The night before the party had split, because of heavy rain and poor visibility. This is just before the three-man team was re-united.
